Brandi Harris is a wife and mother of two who loves her family and her career. By trade, Brandi is a seasoned Television Producer in Hollywood; who has helped to produce numerous network and live TV shows. After planning her dream destination wedding, she decided to turn her passion into a business. After 15 years in Hollywood, Brandi set her sights on a new challenge and BE Entertained was born!
Due to the similarities in producing television shows and live events, the transition to event planning was quite a natural fit. Organizing productions from pre-production to post-production has prepared Brandi & her handpicked team at “BE” to bring standout events to life. From planning faux chic events on-camera to premiere & wrap parties for numerous shows; Brandi has seen and done it all, and is ready to create a true adventure and experience for her clientele.
Brandi was once her target audience: overworked, well paid and ready to make the most of life every chance she had outside of her busy career. LaKesha is an expert events designer and producer. What started out as a hobby; crafting, decorating and planning family birthday, retirement and office parties, baby and bridal showers turned into her true passion. She has fifteen years of experience with planning and produces all types of events from corporate, social, fundraisers, church programs as well as planning intimate affairs for 40 guests to more elaborate weddings for 200+ guests. She makes bringing a client’s vision to life not only possible but expands them into moments that will be cherished forever.
She is a creative visionary, an inspired team leader and superb collaborator who always wins the trust and respect of her clients. With five-star communication skills, she is often several steps ahead of clients’ needs during the planning process. Between her wide-range of style, attention to detail, and tireless work ethic, she is able to orchestrate any event beyond compare. She loves the personal relationships she forms with her clients. The privileges of helping clients plan their special event, making their occasions unique and stress free is something she finds very meaningful and rewarding.Her confident style of planning reassures her clients they are getting the best advice. She wants her clients to enjoy not only their special day but all the fun that goes into planning their event.
When not planning events, she loves spending quality time with family and friends. She loves to travel and is very adventurous. LaKesha’s motto is “I’m chasing purpose in order to reach my destiny and loving life every step of the way” and this purpose is fulfilled with each event she brings to life.
Cierra Hankins has a knack for design and a goal of perfection. Known as the "Olivia Pope" of the team, Cierra is a force to be reckoned with from the beginning stages of developing a vision to the day of management of all vendors ensuring all pieces are in place for show time.
A passion for event planning is a must to execute a vision to reality and Cierra has been instrumental in several BE events from weddings to baby showers to corporate and social events in the Los Angeles area. It is said that if you choose a job you love you will never work a day in your life. Well this quote holds true as Cierra truly enjoys bringing dreams to reality for our clients and considers it a pleasure while doing so.
